Shocks for 4" lift???

I am going to be getting a 4" Skyjacker Suspension Lift and it doesn't include shocks. The only shocks that I have found part numbers for are Superlift shocks. Does anyone know what the part numbers are for shocks for a 4" lift?

I have found Bilstein Shocks for the front BE5-6215-H0 or H5 (4" Lift) but they indicate N/A for the rear whats up with that? Anyone have any further info?
