Shopping for an new X.

Well the wife finally made up her mind and she is interested in a new X. We are looking at the 2002 - 2005 XLT in white. Can somebody tell me when they started adding the 3rd row seat? This is a big selling point, if we can't get it then we will be looking at the 2006.

I know the 04's had them. I looked at two identical 04's both White and one had the rear seat, one didn't. I went for the one without it. I wanted the infloor storage. I saw that in the Exploder and basically said "I'll take it!". That's the damn handiest thing. Sooooooo much crap nicely stored away.

I have an 03 Eddie with the 3rd row, I took out several 02s with the 3rd row as well. We needed it with the 3 kids, two of which are in car seats.

Third row seat came out with the new MY02. Yes, it is on the small side, but the couple of times we have needed it, it was much better than taking 2 cars.
