I drive a 1998 XLT with some mods and lifted some with 31" swampers but I dont think I would make it through the run. I am however interested in riding with anyone who might be going? I could meet someone there if you will let me hitch a ride with you and your Explorer. Let me know who is going and if anyone is interested.

I'm leading a run for my club Sat. Oct 2 in the San Bernadino Mtns, and thought it would be a good chance to meet some people from the Explorer board. This run is open to all makes, not just Fords. A locker and lift are recommended, but not necessarally required. A C.B., tow hooks, etc., are required. We'll be doing the Cleghorn trail from I-15 up to Lake Silverwood, then on to 2N17X to Arrowhead. It's a one day run. Interested? E-mail me or post here for more info.

My truck's a two seater with the other seat occupied, and I can't say about the other guys. Reconsider driving yourself, you might be set up enough to hang. What mod's do you have other than the Swampers?

I see you are going to Los Coyotes instead. I'd almost rather go there, but am committed on the Silverwood run. Maybe we can hook up in the future. We're almost neighbors, I live in Carlsbad.

RangerX, I have a '97 Explorer 4x4 with 31" Dunlops and the twist/shackle lift. I'm in the OC area and looking to go offroading around here as well. Can you let me know next time you go out, and maybe I'll join you!!

Let us know when the next run is, I have a 98 Explorer and just got a 99 Ranger so I have been surfing the Ranger site. Glad to be back!
