I just found out that I need to replace my transfer case. The cost for rebuild or replacement is pretty high. I have noticed that many electric t-cases are available on here.

Give me some reasons why not to switch to auto hubs and t-case. I can swap out my wifes t-case for mine I think.

Oh wait I just realized I have 5-spd man and she has an Auto trans. Crap so I can't go to an electric t-case.

Well can anyone help me out with some online places to buy remanned t-case?

How hard would it be to rebuild the t-case myself?

Not sure how hard it is to rebuild, but stay manual case and hubs IMO, it's more reliable, I think many of the other guys are switching to Manual t-case, and thats prob. why you see some electric cases for sale.

The T- case is a "non rebuildable item " on your vehicle. It is meant to be replaced, not rebuilt.

For the Elec T-case that is True the Manual T-case can be rebuilt.

Stay with the Manual T-case It would be More Work to switch to an Auto T-case.
