A few of my buddies are going out to ol Silver Lake...
It’s the weekend of the 1st of may (31st of April Friday, 1st of May Sat, and Sunday the 2nd) A few people will be up there Friday midday / early evening. We will be set up around camp site #141, that Gentlemens name is Matt Gossman, aka Goose. http://www.midnrreservations.com/campground_maps/silverlake/silverlake.gif
I might not be there until Saturday morning or late Friday night, I would suggest people call and get a site reservation, which reminds me I still need to do that. I belive we have approx 10-15 rigs coming up (if ppl show up).
Costs: I believe they bumped up the annual State park sticker to $24 for the year, or $6 a day. The ORV sticker is still $16.25, and of course, everyone needs a $20 dune flag mounted to the front of their rig. Going the first weekend in may, we do NOT need vouchers
Don't let me be the only Explorer on the dunes! Hope to see ya'll there!
