Sirius Xm keeps going silent then kicks to FM?

This just started happening in the last week or so.
Driving down the road listening to sirius xm radio and all of a sudden
It will just get quiet and then a few seconds later itturns to FM automatically?
Its pretty annyoing... Anyone else experiencing this? Is therea fix out there?

figured this one out.... FYI

so the real problem was this....
i have a iphone 5s used via USB as a storage device for all of my music..
in case u did not know a iphone will shut down when it gets to cold or to hot.. I live in Michigan so you know its freezing here..

the iphone 5s kept turning off and on during me listening to Sirus or the radio.
when it turned back on the input would switch from whatever i was listening too, to the USB drive..
it would turn back on on and off every minute or 2 for awhile...
so basically i unplugged the USB cord and my problems stopped...
