I am at a loss trying to figure this out....when it is damp outside in my '03, if I put the heat on I get a pipe-tobacco smell from the ducts for a while. I don't smoke, and I can't track it down. All the controls work fine, no problems with the fan speeds (assuming no resistor problems, since it's only when first started from cold). Anyone have a suggestion where to look?
