smoking engine/hard start

i have a problem with my explorer sport trac, recently its been very hard to start the car, and eventually when it does start, there's white grey smoke coming out, smell like a lot of unburned fuel, tried to change the plugs but still the same, the troubling thing though is when i got all the plugs out, i see fuel in the bore, i cranked the engine without the plugs on and it started spraying fuel all over the place, especially on the right bank middle plug, need help!!
