so .. a dana 60 front axle out of a 73 bronco .. falls in my lap... with the full front suspension all skyjacker and procomp components..and a transfercase

so i am doin this job for my friend . removing his 4x4 front axle outta his bronco .. and replacing it with a 06 crown victoria IFS

my question is has anyone done this swap of a dana 60 bronco axle into a 94 explorer sport ?i dont care how wide it is i will widen the rear .. this is gonna b my fully built -off craigslist rockcrawler .. since everything on and the acual car was purchased on craigslist

Is this the stock axle from the bronco? Cause if it is it's not a d60.

no its not stock i dunno whats it out of ill check when i pull it out ..

If you can move it into your garage w/o help, its a 44 or 30. If on the other hand your back is broken and your spine has compressed 4" by the time you get it into the garage, its a Dana 60.
