If so, did you grind out an indention for clearance of the bolt? I was reading on psychotic's page where he did:
http://www.missionsociety.itgo.com/explorer.htm

If its definitely best to grind it out I'll probably have to wait until I can get out to my friend's place, my compressor died on me so air tools aren't too useful right now. :(

i did, but ya i guess you already know it. Someday i'm going to make a page about my Ex with it clean, and good pics..... dang i'm lazy

who has done this on their 4wd?

Hey Psyco..what is the best method to cut the dimple?

My Explorer is 4wd. I put the adjustor in a vice and clamped it down really good, then took the dremel tool and started grinding an indention.

oh one more thing.... i'm confused why you need air tools for this...?

I don't have a dremel, but do have an air cut-off wheel with different attachments :)
