So I forgot to tighten a bolt..

I changed my water pump today, drove it around to see if it would leak. I got on my creeper and got under the truck and saw that I didn't tighten one of the bolts. The bolt is directly behind the water pump pulley and it looks like hell to get to unless the fan/shroud, pulley is removed. I guess the good news is that it is not leaking, lol..

You might be able to get to it with a box wrench. The other option is to remove the pulley, belt, fan clutch, and the fan shroud. It might leak at a later time, and cause the gasket to blow out, so don't neglect it.

Yeah I am going to do it tomorrow, was just such a hassle to get the fan bolted back on.

Yeah, I do stupid stuff like that all the time, cant think of any last ones atm, it'l be a b*tch to get to it, but think of it as...if i dont do it now, I might have to buy way more parts, and replace a ton of things down the road, along with taking the fan off haha
