SOA and spindle lift questions

SOA spring over axle, what does this involve how much does it cost?what all do i need? can i do it myself? how much lift does it give you?yes i have searched and not found these things

whats a spindle lift?(yes im 2wd, i know u can only do it for that)how much does it cost? how much lift ?easy to install? thanks for the help

I know you said you tried using the search feature, but there are quite a few write-up threads on both these topics.
 






ok alec i found a write up on the SOA, but nothing about spindle. can anyone help me out?(read the above posts for the questions)
 






The spindles are part of the front suspension. Basically the lift ones are 3" taller = lift.

Costs about 500-600 for parts I believe. The avg diy-er can't do it themselves, though with some rented/borrowed tools and some friends you can. Add 2-2.5" TT and you equal the rear SOA lift.
 






Well I just got some spindles....

....shipped to me by fury. I don't know if he installed them himself, but I will do it myself in about two weeks. I'll let you know how it turns out by doing a write-up with pictures.
Jeffseal had some spindles on his too. Doesn't look too commplicated, you'll just need the right tools, and blocks, etc. to raise the truck while you're working underneath. Got some longer torsion bolts to try and get it as even as possible.
