When you exceed 120kph there is an audable tone in the vehicle, kinda like the noise you get when the lights are left on and you take the key outa the ignition or you are in reverse, you know DING DING DING DING.

I have had mine maxxed out at 109mph because of the govenor and there is no ringing.
