It would help to know what gears and speedo gear you had originally.
Each tooth speedo gear reduces speedo by 5%
Each size diff gear increases speedo by about 5%
Each 2" in tire diameter reduces speedo by about 5%
Very rough estimates.
There are quite a few writeups if you search for "speedo gear" and there is also one in the Explorer Tips section linked from the pulldown menu at the top of the page.
Your speedo will be about 9-10% off, reading too fast. Since stock they have a tendency to read a little fast also, go for a speedo gear with 2 more teeth than stock.
