sport trac leafs into an 01 xlt. any benefits?

I have come across a first gen sport track and after doing some research I have found the springs would probly swap into my x and ad some lift. My question is, would sport track leafs help to correct the sagging rear end on my explorer? Or am I just wasting my time? Thanks for any help.

I'm not too knowledgeable about swapping leaves into a different vehicles but if those springs are newer they'll be better than older springs. Also the ST springs have a lot less weight on them than ex's. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

This should help out. The only real different that you need to worry about is the eyelet holes are bigger on the ST bushings.
