I'm going to put a 4 inch lifted coil on my 91 Explorer. My question is, do I need any more parts to install them?

To install them? No, you can just put them in.

To make it so your truck will actually get aligned and actually safely perform like a truck should? Yes, you need all the pieces of a lift kit.

Thanks Robb. I did plan on a rear flip kit. I hope thats all I need.

I think he meant drop brackets for your front axle, anything over 2 inches of lift requires these brackets on the ttb, otherwise your wheels will look like this...\ /
