Sqeek when turning right with a pop.

I have a 2001 ford explorer sport when I was turning I heard a "pop" I can see something is broken it is a little rod the looks like it fits into sway bar of some sort in the very front end. I was thinking it is the upper and or lower ball joints but not sure and would have to borrow air chisel to get them out . and another clamp to get them back in. it doesn't sqeek when i turn left. I know it is hard to help without seeing it but maybe someone had my same problem? I appreciate your time and any help

Looks like you need a sway bar link, you probably should replace both sides while you are there.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the stock 95-01 section. Autozone has polyurethane link kits. They last longer than the regular rubber bushings.
