Sounds as if you are headed for a lower ball joint rreplacement. Slide under the truck and have someone rock it back and forth and you should hear it loud and clear coming from just inside the wheel at the lower control arm.

did u spray at all the accessible pivot points? the upper A-arm mounting points on the chassis, the lower A-arm mounting point on the cross member that runs across and under the engine and the upper and lower shock mounts. i guess u could try having some1 bounce up and down on the bumper while u lay under the front to pinpoint the squeek. once u find whats squeeking, try to grease that part up with something a little more viscous than wd-40 like lithium/axle grease .. but hey, squeeks are part of off roading and mud, so get used to it ;)

+1 :D

my truck was doing the same thing and it was the lower control arm bushings. they are fairly easy to replace if you just remove the torsion bar and take out the blots that hold on the control arm you can pull the arm down and with 2 people and a good puller you can be done in about 2.5 hrs
