Stand Alone PA system?

I went to radio shack and couldnt find one. I am looking for a PA system for my Mountaineer. Almost the same kind cop cars have. I've seen those SILLY Electronic horn systems with animal sounds and sirens and built in PA system but thats dumb!!! I want one WITHOUT WITHOUT WITHOUT CB capabilities and just a PA system with a CB Mic. Does anybody kno where i can find one?
I would like a stand alone(By itself) PA system in my truck to yell at girls!

Check with a marine supply store for a 12 v Loud Hailer.

lol ive got one of those elecric siren animal sound ones with the pa. and even though its not as loud as it could be, nothing gets bike riders out of the street faster than a loud rooster coming down the road at 40mph.

http://www.sirennet.com/ has real sirens/PA's that are extra loud, but you'll pay for it.
