Starting but not turning over??????

I need some help! If anyone has had this happen please let me know your opinion. Engine turns over but not starting. Fuel pump is working. Battery has juice, but slowly depleting. Alternator is 1 year old. could this be the Distributor cap/ ignition coil? If so anyidea how much $$ to replace them?

I had this problem a couple months ago. It turned out to be the IAC-Idle Air Control Valvue. There easy to clean out or you can get a new one for around $50.
