Yes you can, its not hard, I don't think a dual will fit...

I have a Rancho for a Ranger from summit and it required 3 holes drilled on the crossmember. I think the Hecklethorn ones from JC Whitney require no drilling and are only like $40. When I installed mine I noticed a huge difference in control and bump steer....good difference. Hope this helps.

so you think i will be able to install a hecklethorn myself?

yes a dual will fit... i have dual skyjacker on mine. i did it myself and i have pics if you would like to see

how much does the skyjacker cost? i want to put one on mine too... (only one, not dual)

Thanks everyone, Yes 94eb i would like pics, i had my friends at maximum offroad order me one, either explorer pro comp or rancho i believe, he said he would find out which was better, thanks again

i thought i had a pic of them closer but in these old pics i have you can see the dual under there.... not hard to install drill to holes in frame youll just have to find where it will work and angle it so it clears.

SWEET X

Nice rig. Will they work on an x with out so much lift?Where about on frame did you have to drill?
Thanks, David

?

I've got another question, where did you get your flares? They look good, sorry about posting twice, did not notice flares till after I posted earlier.:bounce:

the flares are bushwackers.... and i drilled right behind the clip for the abs cable on the passengers side frame rail..... with the bracket angeled to the front .... and i dont see why they wouldnt work on an X with little or no lift.

cool

Yhanks for the response, I want to lift mine, but that's not for awhile, but I do want the staybalizer now.
Thanks

looks good, you think you could post some pics of my truck on this thread after i get it, im not elite,,, YET...
thanks

just be careful when you install it ( if you have superlift front sway bar drop brackets ) that you have enough space to clear them or youll get major problems.
