Stock radio clock

I can't get my clock to turn on. I don't have any setting or adjustments for the time when I press menu. The rest of the radio lights work correctly. Is there something I'm missing? I know that the lights sometimes go out in the radios but this is not the case. Thank you for your help in advance.

Could you get a video of what it is doing and post a link on here? If you can't get a video at least some pictures. In the video or pictures try and show what steps you are trying.

Why are video or pics needed of a blank clock display that doesn't work? :scratch:

If there aren't hour or minute settings when the menu is pressed the clock is out.

The reason I like a video or a pictures is I am a visual person if I can see actually see what it is doing than it helps me. But like you said the clock is out and making the video or taking the pictures is not worth it just to find out the radio broken and will have to be replaced to get it fixed.
