Alright so.. I've been REALLY dumb and abusive to my sport trac lately lol..
You guys see those videos of the rangers with long travel tearin up the desert? Well I live in AZ and uh.. I've been doin that with my stock sport trac lmao and It's SO obvious that I need more front end lift and since I don't have the 2100$ for the sick camburg kit.. I'm just wondering how offroad worthy TT's are for desert action?

I did a 2" tt and the front end is bouncy as hell. Not to mention there is no travel in the front end

Lift and travel are not necessarily the same thing. Assuming your Trac is a 2wd since you mentioned Camberg, there really is no way to increase travel without reengineering the whole front end a la Camberg or Dixon Bros. All a TT does is adjust your suspension downward (so you gain uptravel but lose downtravel) and all the Superlift kit does is lower the mounting points of the whole suspension. If you have a 2wd, dropped spindles would be your best bet for the money, get you about 2" but not affect the travel or ride.

What stock truck is a Prerunner??? None that I know of.

For serious Prerunner fun you have to pay to play.

Here's a modified 2nd Gen Sport Trac. It's built for desert racing. Looks like he replaced the front suspension with a coilover suspension.

McNeil racing has a Prerunner 1st Gen Sport Trac. Well, its really a Ranger with a Sport Trac body, because I think they wanted to use the Ranger's twin traction beam front suspension since those are better for desert racing.
