Well I have a '97 XLT with a mild TT and cheap shackles from a local auto parts store and I can fit 31x10.50x15 without rubbing, I plan to do a full TT with aaf and shackles (not the cheap shackles) when upgrade to 32x10.50x15. you could do what I'm doing but you may need to clearance the fenders to clear when turning. I'm going to clearance the fenders anyway and make custom fender flares. I have a friend who knows how to work with fiberglass and carbon fiber.

Body lifts are a cheap option too a 3 inch will clear 33s
