So I took my X into the transmission shop for it's 3rd time within 97k miles 
() and when it came back it has a weird squeaking noise. It sounds almost like a mount is loose, or like metal rubbing with plastic or glass. I know this is the most difficult thing in the WORLD to explain, but really my question is would a tranny pump make this kind of noise? The trans. guy said it would be a higher pitched whine (I took him for a ride to see).
Also, now that I just got my transmission rebuilt, what would be the best way to keep it that way?
Fluids? Coolers? Filters? I'm all ears.
