after the X sits for several hours like over night it will stumble when you first start it and sometimes die. I've replaced the TPS, fuel filter, air filter and new plugs. Other than doing that and setting the CEL light on it runs fine. Any ideas?

Try cleaning your idle speed motor.

Looked for it but this is the one that is wrie less so it has no IAC motor. So far all I have found is the TPS and the throttle body motor. I'm thinking maybe dirty injectors, filter had some black junk that ran back out of it.

Stupid me, your truck has a system without a throttle cable and IAC motor. My in-laws had a similar issue and the dealer replaced the throttle body assembly. Perhaps you can check for carbon build up on the throttle plate.

yep, I'll give that a look and see what is there. I cleaned the MAF sensor last week and it looked normal. I think this all started when I had the positive side of the battery unhooked to swing the dash out replacing the fresh air door in the heater box.
