Hey guys. 2004 eddie bauer with 255km.so 2 months ago I got no heat. Changed my tstat as it was in2 pieces.topped of my rez. Still no heat.I bled the sytem for an hr. Topped it off still no heat. Finally as its now somewhat warm out ocassionally, im back at it.my in gets fairly hot amd out luke warm for heater core hoses. The vacumm solenoid or what ever the switch is I held open on the ouput of heater core line still nothing. I flushed my heater core definately not plugged. Heat randomly comes and goes periodically. Sometimes only when I push on gas. Sometimes it comes on for 2 to 3 minutes. Kinda thinking the blend door . Or maybe the plastic air box flap In behind hvac box might have broke and is constantly shut. Another thing. My blower speeds are very loud hard to talk to someone if on middle speed and impossible without talking very loud if on highest speed. I do not get a clicking or any sound coming ffrom the blend door actuator.
