Stupid window will not go up, help!

Well, I got off work tonight and tried to put the windows up. All go up but the rear passenger did not like the idea. so I got out walked around and tried the rear switch, no luck, so I pull no luck.
There is no noise, no grinding, popping, or slipping, no nothing. :fire: :fire: :fire:


1) Is this a common problem?
2) Can I hot wire the switch to go up just for now, by pulling off the switch cover off?

i work 11am till 8pm tomorrow, and iwould love to have this fixed by monday(school). help

you'll have to do like i did with my first car, an 83 cougar. Open the door, grip both sides of the window and slide it up or down depending what you want. just remember not to slide it all the way down heheehhe

EliteConcept, i do that to the rear driver's side rear already

but the passenger is locked down, will not go up at all.

UPDATE
the switch is good, b/c i was at work and thought, i should switch the switches and i did so no luck on the passenger side, but the drivers side switches works so, its the motor right?

i have this same kinda problem in my 96x..the rear passenger side cant roll up or down windows. if that makes any kind of sense...yeah(im not all here rite now)
