Sun/Moon Roof Motor Issue - Water Seeping IN

Hi!

Has anyone experienced issues with the sun/moon roof motor on their 2014 Explorer. I was advised my motor burnt up and it was replaced last week. I rarely have even opened the thing as it only has 10900 miles in 16 months since purchase.

Since the repair was done now I am finding water in the lights on the roof panel with switches. I was advised it had debris and was not sealed properly. HMmmm it had not been opened since they did repairs and closed it last week. Just wondering if anyone else has had trouble with the roof leaking?
