Sunroof wind deflector broken

I have discovered that the sunroof wind deflector is broken on our '04 Explorer. If you open yours you will see that there are 2 clips that attached the deflector to the sunroof frame. One of my clips has broken. I don't think I can repair the clip. Has anyone ever had to replace this deflector, and if so, how difficult is it to do?

Yes Number 4, that is the broken piece. It was a little dark when I got home last night so I did not take a pic. So, I am stuck replacing the whole deflector, or is it possible to replace that piece?

Mine fell off a year ago. Wasn't sure what it did. Haven't had any issues since. Never even looked into what it would take to fix it.
