Sunroof Woes

I have a 2005 SportTrac and the sunroof and rear window stopped working at the same time. I've checked the fuse and "tried" to chase the wiring harness back to the rear of the vehicle.

Help!

Fuse F1.10 (20A) in the battery junction box (underhood) is common to both the power sunroof and the power rear window. Check that. Then operate the sunroof and back window to see which is causing the fuse to blow.

Thanks for the info. I checked the fuse and it is not the problem. I have 12 volts at the fuse box but nothing at the window/sunroof. Do you have a wiring diagram? There is a bundle of wires in the rocker panel that is approx. 1 inch in diameter. Difficult to scope out which one feeds the window/sunroof.
