I know this topic has been beat to death, but it's actually overwhelming trying to search for an answer because there is so many threads regarding so many different combinations...

2002 Explorer.
So I went from non-power, non-heated cloth to heated, power leather.
The passenger I hooked up fine, it moves around.
I can't get the driver's one to move; I don't care about the heat or anything else, I just want it to move.
I have the harness from the car I took the heated, power seat from, but there is 8 million wires and I'm sure they don't all need to be spliced just to have the motor work.

What's the easiest way to make it work?

Any help is greatly appreciated,
Thanks!

All you need is a fused power source. You need to run a new line from what I recall, as there is no jumper wire to plug into.

Seats are hot at all times.

Here's a thread with some diagrams.

Thanks for the reply.

Could I just splice a wire into the power wire that powers the passenger seat over to the driver's seat?
(The passenger side works).

Also, there's so much crap under the driver's seat what with the memory and heat, I'm not even sure which harness connects to the motor... any idea what it looks like?
