Sway bar bushing replacement?

I don't have a picture write up, but i just changed mine a few weeks ago. Its a very simple process, literally just unbolt the old bushing hangers, remove the bushings, and then grease up and install the new ones in place of the old. Nothing super difficult. I replaced mine with a set from AdvanceAutoparts, just make sure you have the correct sway bar diameter. My new ones have zerk fittings built in. Hope that helps, good luck!

Huh, you didn't even jack the car up or take the wheels off? You just climbed underneath and removed the old ones with the weight of the car pushing down? If that is the case then I guess there really isn't much of a process.

My sway bar is 31mm. Did you go with Poly or with Rubber bushings?

Very simple to change. If you remove the tires with your EX jacked up you can do it from the side through the wheel well. Go with the right size blue bushings from MOOG. No need for grease and not a single squeak ever again.

My rear suspensions started getting really creaky lately and I'm pretty sure it's the sway bar bushings. I get how to replace them. I'm just curious if there's an easy way to tell what size sway bar you have. I see MOOG bushings from 29mm to 32mm.

Do a search there is a thread that discusses how to measure, i replaced mine a few months back, with the prothane ones, first bit of dirt i hit they started squeaking again, i take mine off to wheel anyways so i just left it disconnected lol

You can purchase a digital caliper from Harbor Freight for less than $10.00 that makes measuring the bar a piece of cake.
