I've just installed X-spec sway bars from explorer express.
I had them installed at a suspension place. I also had the front and rear bushings replaced. I was riding over a speed bump the other day and I noticed a strange type of sound coming from the sway bars or bushing. Is this normal???
Any help will be appreciated....Thanks

If you didn't hear the noise before go back to the place and have them check it out. I am sure their labor is under warranty

I'm kinda curious as to what the noise is...If it were just a squeek or something, then I bet something just needs to be greased...But if it's more than that, then I'd agree with Mrsteve and take it back to the shop where ya had the work done....Thanks, Pete.

It is more of squeaking sound when I go over a speedbump..
Would I be able to grease it myself if so what do I grease?
What grease do I use?
Thanks for the info fellow explorer owners!!!

Well, the easiest way that I can think of doing it without damaging anything is by removing the whole sway bar and use a waterproof grease....Pete
