Tellico 4x4 and Summit Racing
Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I just wanted to let everyone know of my satisfaction with www.tellico4x4.com and www.summitracing.com.
I ordered some shackles from tellico about a month ago and they sent me a confirmation of order email, a your item will be shipped on this date email, a your item has been shipped you can expect it on this date email, and now a thanks for your order a month ago, let us know if there's anything else we can do for you, email.
Also, Summit has sent me all of the above emails minus the email on the 1 month aniversary
Oh, and Summit gave me a free $20 credit on my next purchase for just being a first time buyer.
Some might see this as a lot of emails (which are really just form letters sent out by a computer) but its nice to constantly have feedback about your stuff.
Anyway, they've both got them a satisfied and loyal customer.
