Thank you for the welcome. I must say i am very happy to find this site, it helped me with a stuck in 4X4 problem that i acquired driving my 1996 Ford Explorer limited. I had just purchased it at a "Drug Auction" and it was low mileage and in fairly good shape. I added fuel, checked all the fluids, and set off for home, about 180 miles. 100 miles in to my trip the 4X4 went in to 4 low and would not shift in to 2 wheel drive, but i have AAA towing so i got it home, with the help of a rollback..hard to see it up there. With the help of this site and eBay, it is on the road again. (new shift motor) i am going to try to rebuild the old one that has lost it's memory..LOL
