I got my 12" MTX 4124 sub installed today. I had to make an amp rack to hold my MTX Thunder 4122 amp and the stock amp that powered the door speakers.
This one twelve is a one thousand percent increase (in everything) over the 6.5" JBL that was back there. I'll try and get pictures for everyone tomorrow. I cut, carpeted, and drilled my own amp rack. I got everything wired and it worked. I have an 8 awg power line running above the doors and I ran the RCA's and remote lead under the door (next to the stock wiring).
The only thing left to do is put my truck together again, though I think I am missing a couple of screws. I want to thank everyone that answered my questions over the past week... With out you folks and this board I don't think I would have had the courage to go through with the install. Thanks again...
