I just got off the phone with pioneer and thezeb.com is not an authorized
dealer of pioneer products. So in order for us to cover this under
warranty, I need you to contact pioneer and get them to fax us a letter for
a one time repair. The information you will need is this receipt and your
serial # which is BLTM0050046UC. Their phone number is 1-800-421-1404.
Normally they will send a letter out to your home, but you can request that
they fax it to us at 763 533-6170 which will help shorten your repair time.
