These used wheel spacers work for me?

I've been looking for wheel spacers for my X (in my sig) and through a wanted ad I had on craiglist, someone had these. Of course they are 5x4.5 but I'm worried about the hubcentric and lugcentric thing. I'm strictly Ford, so I don't know anything about the Jeeps. I know there is alot of good and bad talk about wheel spacers quality, so that also concerns me a little. Will these fit?

Yep, they'll work. I ran a set of 1.5" spacers on my lifted Sport Trac for a couple years that weren't hub centric and I didn't have any issues.

Bought them from ebay and had over 40k miles on and offroad with them.
