Tie rod end grease fittings?

While I was changing my discs I thought I would grease the tie rod ends but short of dismantling them I can't see how to do it. The Haynes manual states that if you do not have grease fittings you should remove a plug and fit some. My tie rods certainly don't have plugs as far as I can see so how is it done?
Has anybody tried this before (have a pic perhaps) or knows of a way to grease them?

They are not greasable on ours. If worn just replace.

Thanks for that Howard. I'll just concentrate on the stuff that needs fixing for the moment!
