tight steering after body lift

the problem i'm having is that i put a 3" body lift on my truckand now my steering is making noise and it gets tight in diff. places when turning, i used the adapter that came with the kit any help to a quick fix

Do a search on this subject! We have had many discussions on this. When you go to a three inch you will have this problem! Mine does it and I have just got used to it. There is a way to grind the sides of your adapter down and it will cure the problem.
