I really could use some ideas.

I just replaced my entire thermostat housing with thermostat, and both timing chain tensioners. They were not very loud but with 200k I figured while there why not.
I now have a loud rattle on the drivers side up where the tensioner is. I did prime it and have no vac leaks. Also, on my O2 reading from odb I have -100 on both banks. I completely reset PCM and still ratlle with O2 same

Help

Did you use Ford OEM tensioners?

I did not and that was the problem. I removed it, and it had no tension. Tried re-priming it and it would not prime. Put the the old original one back in and problem fixed. Looks like I need to stop being cheap and buy Motorcraft and premium parts from now on. 7 hours wasted

Another member had the same issue recently, I believe it was a Cloyes tensioner. They’re garbage.

Ford OEM every 75k mi or the manual tensioners one and done.
