I have an 03 Explorer 4.0 SOHC vin E. I need to get the right hand camshaft sprocket and chain in time with the balancer shaft. The problem is that the balancer sprocket bolt has snapped due to overtightening the camshaft bearing cap bolts. So what happened was when i tried to start the motor, the right hand cam shaft could not turn, the motor cranked anyway, snapping the balancer sprocket bolt. So, the entire left side of the motor is still in time. What I need to do is get the right hand camshaft back in time with the balancer shaft. I've already got the new bolt and the special tool set. I even understand how to apply the special tool set, but that does nothing for aligning the camshaft sprocket and chain and balancer sprocket with the balancer shaft. It should be made clear that the right hand timing chain camshaft sprocket and balancer sprocket are still in time with each other. The only malfunction is that the balancer shaft sprocket bolt has twisted. Again, if I can align the right hand camshaft sprocket chain and balancer sprocket to the balancer, then it would be fixed. Any input?\
