Any tips / hints before I get started? I plan to do the job in my driveway, probably jacked up in the front. I've read about cutting the tail-pipe about 4 inches fromt the muffler, and wanted ot know if thats necessary? I'd like to keep OEM stuff if possible, but if it becomes too much of a hassle, I'll definitely resort to cutting. As for the cutting, will a Dremel get it done? That and a hacksaw are all ive got at the moment :o

The PB blaster is soaking overnight, so the bolts shouldn't be too bad. Hopefully I'll be able to get some pictures for a possible writeup.

if the bolts become a b*&ch use a torch to get them nioce and hot. NA dpost some sound clips when you are done too.

Well its finally on, I ran into a few minor problems during the installation. First of all, the supplied hangers used to support the single outlet from the muffler were completely wrong, i had to bend each one at 90 degree angle in order for them to fit into the rubber grommets... No big deal. I also had to cut the tailpipe about 2 inches as it hung out too far.

First impression is that this thing sounds great! When you get on it, you can really hear the deep tone of the exhaust, and it doesnt drone on the freeway which is a plus.

I'll get some pics and some sound clips up soon

sweet we will be wating for them.

wish I had a 5.0 (sometimes)
