I have a 97 sport with the 5 speed auto.
Normally, it's fine, but when i start to really get on it, the gears don't seem to quite know where they are supposed to go. It seems to go from 1-2, bounce back to 1 for a second then go through 2, bounce to 3-2-3 and so on as i accelorate. I thought maybe the torque converter is slipping, or maybe the fluid is just old, or maybe it's just an auto when i'm used to stick shift and i gotta get a shift kit or something.
