torsion bar key question

I've been looking for a leveling kit for my front end on my 96 Explorer 4door V8 Awd and I can't find one or even torion bar keys I have found this http://m.summitracing.com/parts/tfy-22907 now will that work on my 96? Even tho it says its for 98 and up? If not does anyone know of a kit or torsion bar keys that will allow 3inch of lift on the front? And I have don't my research on this matter I know that 2 or more inches will allow for premature CV failure. Now this is what I have done so far I've got shock extensions and I have made a 3 inch lowering brackets for my front diff. Consideing welding is my profession I just need they torsion bar keys now.

i work at discount tire and have put many tires on them. owning a 98 xlt,i look under every 95-01, a 96 looks the same. trying to help somewhat. chime in guys.

Yea that's what I kinda figured that they are the same the only thing I can think that would be different is the width of the torsion bar ends
