I did the torsion twist. Prior to the lift, my driver's side was about a quarter of an inch to a half inch lower then the passanger side (prolly gas tank??) is it bad to crank the driver's side bar several more turns then the passanger side so the truck sits level? Will it put additional stress on the driver's side tire or make the handling bad? I just don;t know what others did when they lifted..should i just leave the driver's side 1/2 inch lower then the other? Please post your thoughts..it goes in for an alingment tomorrow at 9am so I hope to get the adjustments done by then.

unless its more than 2" i dont think it should hurt anything, but more than 2" and you're pushing your luck with the CV's...........that is unless you have 2wd of course

What he said.

Actually, Ford uses the Tbars all the time to adjust for driver's sag.
