...just looked and didnt see any mention of screen calibration in the manual.
Did you put on a screen protector?

No nothing, I just swap it and nothing more

...sounds like something is reversed, can any of the wiring plug into the unit
upside down?

or possibly the unit needs to be calibrated ?

Did you get it from a dealer? They should be able to help.
Could also try a master reset to see if that helps.

Just fix it. Calibrated the screen. Am/fm radio and hold eject+ seek+ buttoms and them follow the simple steps!

Yep.

I was having problems with very small differences in touch/select and the calibration fixed that as well.

...good to know, I didnt see calibration in my manual or in the index.

How were you able to exit the calibration?
The calibration screen says to press "ESC"... no idea which button that is.
Otherwise, on my Ex, I can keep pressing those crosshairs forever and it never does anything else.
And it doesn't seem like the calibration was saved if I turn the Ex off and then on.
(Unless I have some other screen issue that calibration can't fix...)

Just touch the screen anywhere once it says to press "esc"

Hmm... something must be different about mine.
As soon as the calibration starts the screen goes completely white. It displays 3 lines of text - one of which is something like "Press 'ESC" to end calibration"
and the crosshair starts in the middle. As I press the crosshair it moves from middle to each of the 4 "corners" (the crosshair is still far from the actual corner of the screen).
If I keep pressing, it just keeps cycling through each of the 5 positions - the text never changes and I don't see any way to exit.

So if I understand a previous post correctly, you can exit the 'white' screen and return it to normal by turning the ignition OFF and back ON. Is that right? If so, try doing a Master Reset.
Also it would be helpful if you added the now Requested?Required "Trim Level" (Base, XLT, etc.) to your profile so it appears in the margin. That may at times be helpful. Thanks.

If it just keeps going in an endless loop that means the calibration is not going properly. It won't say its done until it gets a proper calibration.

Turning the ignition off and back on does exit the calibration.
But I wasn't sure it was saving the new calibration before it shutdown.
In my case anyway, the touch locations are just as messed up after I do that as they were before.

It is looking more and more like my issues are bigger than the simple calibration can resolve.
