I just saw the new trail ready bumper at
www.roadarmor.com and I have to say it was awesome.
Now if they will make a rear bumper I would buy the set. Just curious what you all thought ?

Trailready bumper

IT is nice isnt it. Try and E mail them, I did and maby if we all stand together they will make one soon. I also called them and asked about plans for the rear. The guy I talked to said they are real busy trying to keep up with the demand. Still people need to let them know were out hear and growing stronger. AMEN BROTHER!:D

But look how much that costs!

800 dollars and that's just for one with no accessories like a brush guard. Way expensive if you ask me.

Trailready bumper

It is a bit pricey but it sooooo bad.. The rear needs a tire mount when they make one. THINK POSITIVE!

Guys, check out the thread under Group Purchases for the custom Explorer bumpers. There's three threads on the subject. The two that have Kennesaw in the title are the most relevant.

There are some pictures of a white explorer with the bumper somewhere in there. The company Kennesaw is making front and rear bumpers. They have a list of options for both, and I think the rear spare tire carrier is one of the options.

Prices are very reasonable and we're getting a discount. I think the base front bumper starts at 260 and the rear is something like 300-400 with the tire carrier. The prices are listed in there somewhere with all the available options. We're also getting a 10% or 15% discount.

If you read the most recent postings under the latest thread, you'll see that you need to act VERY quickly to get in on this round of purchases. If you aren't ready yet, but you still think you're interested, don't worry because there will probably be another round later.

If you don't get in by the deadline you can try and get your order added to the list.

I talked with road armor awhile back, they can make front bumpers for 95 and newer model X's but not pre 95's. They were willing to design one if we had enough buyers.

That is a nice looking bumper. Excluding the price, that is
