Ok so I had my a4ld rebuilt like 3 weeks ago and tonight I was messing around on some snow piles in a local parking lot with dannydynamte in his X and I got up the hill to the point my muffler scraped the ground. when I backed down there was red fluid all down the pile (looked like alot not sure if it was) the transmission shifts fine and drives as normal but im nervous about where the fluid came from.

I checked the fluid and it didnt look low at the time (shortly after it happend) and every time I stopped on the way home there were a few drops on the ground. It shifts through each gear correctly and at perfect times so Im wondering is there a place it could have spilled out because it was on an angle pretty much staring at the sky through the windshield, and could it have been from the t-case? (dont know the color of that fluid) Im bringing it to the rebuild guy in the morning and hoping he doesnt figure out I was being stupid when it happend , Ill just say when I came out in the morning there was fluid on the ground. also my tranny is blue? has anyone seen this before?

Ok well it turned out to be a linkage seal I must have hit when going up the pile lol so in the end it was a free 20 min repair and a lesson learned lol.
